Admission

  • Admissions to various classes are carried out as per the vacancy from time to time. Registration forms are to be filled and submitted to the school’s office. After that, the applicants and parents are called for personal interaction.
  • All original documents to be brought on the day of interaction. Results are usually declared within a week of the interaction.

Documents Required

  • A Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation. (In case of Pre—Nursery class only).
  • A Transfer Certificate and PEN number of the student and UDISE number of previous school.
  • In case of TC coming from another district, it should be duly countersigned by the educational authorities. (As per CBSE rules).
  • Report card of the last exam passed from the school last attended.
  • A copy aadhar card of student, father and mother
  • A character certificate issued from the school. last attended.
  • Two latest passport size photographs of the child.
  • Two latest passport size photographs of parents/guardians.

Absence

  • All absence from school, even with prior permission ofthe Principal, must be explained by the parent, in the 'Leave Record' which is found in this diary, before it can be considered and the student is admitted into class.
  • An absence of a month or an absence of more than three days before or after a vacation, without prior permission, renders the students liable to have his/her name removed from the rolls and must submit to a formal readmission by paying a fee of Rs. 2000/- when he/she returns provided his/her place has not been given to another applicant.

Fee Payment Policy

  • Annual Fee: The total fee for the entire academic session (12 months) must be deposited.
  • Payment Schedule:No discount is available for paying the full session fee in one installment.
  • Fee for May and June is to be deposited in May.
  • Fee for February and March is to be deposited in March.

Late Fee Policy

  • On-time Payment:From the 1st to the 10th day of every month: No late fee.
  • Late Payment Penalties:From the 11th to the 20th day of the month: ₹20.
  • From the 21st to the 31st day of the month: ₹50.
  • If the fee is paid in the next month: ₹200.

Consequences of Non-payment:

  • If the fee is not deposited for two consecutive months, the student's name will be removed from the school roll.
  • To be readmitted, a charge of ₹500 will apply.
  • This policy ensures timely fee payments and outlines penalties to encourage adherence to the schedule.

Refund Policy

  • In case of new admission, please note that the fee paid can be refunded only within three days of admission.
  • If a student withdraws from the school within three days of admission, a full refund of the fee paid will be processed.
  • No refunds will be entertained after three days of admission.
